1. Take control
This video gives you a very specific technique to manage those moments when something happens and you want to react but that's not the best course of action!
Use the technique to stay in control (of you) and de-escalate any situation. This amazing technique can be used in almost every situation you face.
The video also teaches you how to bring your system back into calm after a moment of stress or anxiety.
2. Sleep better and relax quickly
Sleep deprivation is a known form of torture! When you don't sleep well, no matter what the cause, you feel like you spend your days wading through treacle.
